In our mountain valley, cold air cascades off the Rocky Mountains each summer night to blanket the fruit trees with chilled air. In the morning, the summer sun quickly warms the valley. There is often a 60°F difference between night and day. Due to these extreme temperature variances, sugars are concentrated in the fruit and the result is our naturally sweeter Leroux Creek apple sauce.
